Women’s Only Overnight Shelter

Overnight shift from 8.45pm - 7.30am available

With the homeless rate for women increasing, we are urgently seeking volunteers to help women not as fortunate as ourselves in Cana’s overnight shelter - St Francis House in Redfern.

The shelter operates on Wednesday nights, and we are still seeking volunteers for the overnight shift from 8.45pm – 7.30am.

Volunteers operate in pairs and one-on-one support and training is provided. No experience is required, just a kind heart and a listening ear. We promise you will receive more than you give.
