Cana Farm, the heart of our social enterprise, is an initiative of Cana Communities, dedicated to providing opportunities for people to learn from one another and rebuild their lives. We employ individuals who have faced severe disadvantage, offering them a path to meaningful work and personal growth.

Located in Orchard Hills, Sydney’s west, Cana Farm is more than just a farm—it's a unique space for building community, offering educational opportunities, hosting group retreats, and providing transitional employment for those who need it most.

As a working community farm, Cana Farm practices chemical-free harvesting of vegetables, allowing people to engage in sustainable farming and develop valuable skills. Through our social enterprise, we create a supportive environment where individuals can gain experience, forge friendships, and find hope for the future.
