What a wonderful thing it is
To be welcomed forward.
These Irish words recognise
We are not stationary,
Stuck where we were yesterday
But know we are changing
And our chatting will lead us
To become more ourselves.

We are always becoming
Ourselves, more human,
More understanding,
Less thinking we are always right,
More able to listen
Less judgmental
More the person we were born to be.
A sister and brother to the universe.
