Magic in my day | our reflective space

Each day dawns with promise,
Different from the day just past.
If I remember to notice
The clouds or rain or fleeting sun.
There'll be a bird singing or dog barking
Or a person who meets my eye.

Today, a message of hope
I see someone looking healthy
Which is a change for them.
I feel a little more energy,
So I'll walk to the sea
And let the water kiss my feet.

Today the universe
Is speaking to me of life.
More flowers blooming,
Birds calling, singing.
Promising something new
For my heart to love.
